Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Rental Manager ("the Platform", "the Site", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Rental Manager is an information-only listing platform. We provide a space where property owners and administrators can display rental property information, including availability calendars, photos, descriptions, and contact details.
We do not own, manage, operate, or control any of the properties listed on this platform. We are not a real estate agency, travel agency, or booking service. We do not act as an intermediary, broker, or agent for any property owner or guest.
The Platform does not process bookings, reservations, or payments of any kind. Any rental agreement, booking, or financial transaction occurs directly between the property owner (or their designated representative) and the prospective guest.
Guests who wish to book a property must contact the property owner or manager directly using the contact information provided on the property listing (email, phone, or other contact methods).
All property information, including but not limited to descriptions, photos, pricing, availability dates, and amenities, is provided solely by the property owners or their administrators. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information.
Availability dates and calendars displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time and are governed entirely by the property owners. We are not responsible for any discrepancies, errors, or outdated information in property listings.

There is no legal, contractual, or fiduciary relationship between this Platform and any property owner, property manager, guest, or any other third party. Use of this Platform does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship.
Property owners and administrators use this Platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the management of their properties and bookings.
Property administrators who register on the Platform are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Accounts are subject to activation and access management by the system administrator. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason.
Property owners and administrators retain ownership of the content they upload (photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site for the purpose of operating the service.
We are not responsible for any data loss. While we take reasonable measures to maintain the Platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or data preservation. Property administrators are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of important information.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Rental Manager, its operators, affiliates, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rental Manager and its operators from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
