• Activity logs of your actions within the admin panel (login times, changes made)

For Public Visitors:

• We do not require any personal information from visitors browsing the public site
• Standard web server logs may record IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited

2. How We Use Information

• To operate and maintain the Platform and user accounts
• To display property listings to the public
• To send account-related notifications (activation, deactivation, password resets)
• To maintain security and audit trails

3. Information Sharing

Property contact information (email, phone) entered by administrators may be displayed publicly on property listing pages to allow prospective guests to make direct contact. Administrators control what contact information is visible on their listings.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100%% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your information. Property administrators are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important data.

Account data is retained for as long as the account is active. If an account is deactivated or deleted, associated data may be retained for audit and legal purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the site administrator. Please note that deletion of your account may result in the removal of all associated property listings and data.

The Platform uses session cookies to maintain login state for registered users and language preference cookies for public visitors. These cookies are essential for the functioning of the Platform and do not track browsing activity across other sites.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses third-party services for map display (Leaflet/OpenStreetMap) and may use external CDNs for styling. These services have their own privacy policies.
